8 Rounds: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
1. Sit-ups with weight (bring weight behind your head then in front of you to your feet)
8 Rounds: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
2. Sit-up reach to the sky (hold weight and bring it up to the sky as you come up and go back down)
8 Rounds: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest
3. Leg lifts (hold weight and bring your legs up to the sky and back down but try not to touch the floor!)
Your abs will definitely be burning after this! Choose the weight that is good for you, I used a 10lb plate for all three.
